Oksana Grishina, IFBB pro fitness competitor. For her, fitness is her art, and her body and the stage are her canvas. The unique demands of fitness competition stress not only a perfect physique, but the ability to perform feats of strength, grace, and beauty on stage. It is a challenge that she welcome every day, a challenge that has made her a better athlete and a better person.

she is from Kaliningrad, Russia. As a child, her family moved often because her father was an officer in the military. When he father was put on assignment in Riga, Latvia, her mother decided she wanted to put her in gymnastics as a way to direct her energy. She took her to a gymnastics school in Riga.
