she has competed locally in California, with her best title the 2005 Cal State Masters Champ. At 5'9" and 200 pounds she was in her huge (16+” biceps) off-season shape and hits the shots in her bikini and two dress items after her gymwork, where she did a rep/max lift combo workout, showing off her huge shapes and size, all topped off by a great face and lots of long blonde hair.
she was born in Stanford, California on October 23, 1968. At the age of 15 she moved to Santa Cruz, CA(near San Jose), which is where she currently reside. At the age of 22 she joined the Navy. she lasted three years stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on an oiler, the USS Willamette.
In 1999 she graduated from Chico State University with a BA in Physical Education. she stayed in Chico for two more years completing a Masters in Physical Education, with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology.
Five years ago she became certified in both personal training (NSCA) and fitness instruction (AFAA), and have been using these skills as supplemental income. Also, four years ago she started teaching physical education classes at the college level. she currently teach fitness classes at two colleges and five health clubs.
